I have 'Family Tree Maker' (FTM) on both my desktop and laptop PCs. Initially installed under Windows 7 pro (desktop) and home (laptop).

On migrating to Windows 10 in January (pro and home as before) it worked fine, and still does on the desktop PC. Itworked well on the Samsung laptop until a few days ago, but now the program will not start. I have uninstalled, deleted the 'Application Data' files, and re-installed FTM, but the problem remains. All the Windows 10 updates will have automatically been appliedto both PCs. The only difference may be that the desktop is W10 pro while the laptop is W10 home. The FTM database is on Dropbox, so the files are common to both installations.Any ideas?
